Very handsome box showing two of Moscow's old churches on both sides. Small groups of people stand and walk before each one. They are small and nondescript in comparison to the size of the structures, which emphasizes the grandeur of the architecture. Each drawing is framed with a gold ornament. The top and sides are a mix of gold and black colors. The inside is red. The box is made out of high quality papier mache and has a hinge. Signed at the bottom of one of the drawings with the name of the artist and village. Superb.
