Just looking at this box, you can almost smell the crisp, cool autumn air. The composition has a line ornament at its edge, and there is another one adorning the sides. The box is made of high quality papier mache with a red lacquer interior. The hinge is at the left. It is signed with the artist's name, S. Parmenov, whose specialty is landscapes, and whose work is featured in the book "Lacquer Miniature - Catalogue of Works".
