Beautifully done small box showing this princess of winter. The look in her face and eyes is very delicate and endearing. A small piece of mother of pearl shines subtly from within her coat. The surrounding snowy scene has a very nice look to it. The three little birds near her feet almost go unnoticed, but add to the preciousness of this piece once they are scene. The drawing is surrounded by a modest gold and silver ornament, and another adorns the sides. The interior is red, and the box sits flat. There is a hinge at the left. Signed with the name of the artist and village.
