Fedoskino artist Svetlana Chirkova created this lovely enchantress with exotic jewelry and an alluring look in her eye. Her soft perfectly drawn features and metallic reddish hair, set against a similar shimmering background will immediately catch one's eye and seem to lure you into her world. Two sculpted gold roses, one in her hair and one on the right rise above the smooth surface of the box and add an extra touch of beauty and femininity to the portrait. The box is extremely well crafted out of papier mache and has a hinge at the left. The interior is traditional red. The box is signed on the bottom with the name of the artist, title and year. As they would say in Russian ' "Klass!"
