Two butterflies are drawn against a background of radiant gold in this very lovely box by Fedoskino artist Zotova. A small lady bug crawls on a nearby leaf, but is dwarfed by the multicolored wings around her. The flowers and leaves spill over gently to the sides. The gold throughout the piece, even on the bottom, is simply a stunner and glows warmly before your eyes. The box is made out of high quality papier mache and has a hinge. It is signed on the bottom of the composition with the name of the artist.
