This work evokes sweet and peaceful feelings, with Ivan and Maria holding hands outside the kingdom. Both figures, and the horse too, are drawn very well with sharp details and fine lines of gold. A superb gold and silver ornament perfectly frames the scene. The box has another ornament along the sides. The interior is red, and the box sits flat. Curiously, there is a hinge on the right side. Signed with the initials of the artist, village, title and year.
