Brilliant metallic accents add a lovely glow to her fur trimmed jacket, while the beautiful warm tones throughout keep the scene from feeling cold. Tiny details add to the box's charm, drawing the eye again and again. The body of the box is a marbled design of rich blue against black lacquer. This box is made of high quality papier mache and is signed on the lid with the artist's name (Ivanov) and village. There is a hinge on the left, and the interior is red lacquer. The base of this piece is flush.
