Amid the golden colors and images of fall, a lovely blue eyed woman pauses under the apple tree and holds a young piglet in her hands. The little creature is as cute as can be, and doesn't mind at all to be picked up by this fair maiden. Tall trees, which are turning in color, tower majestically in the background. The large orange pumpkin stands right before her, and almost hidden behind that is basket of mushrooms. Providing a nice radiance to the drawing is the gold leaf that is used for the old wooden fence and the drooping petals of the sunflowers. Around the composition and along the top of the sides is a very pretty gold frame, with lines of dark blues, browns and reds seemingly dripping from the edges. The bottom half of the box is a cream color. The interior is red. The box is made out of high quality papier mache and is signed on the bottom with the name of the artist, village and title.
