A Tour of Tradestone Gallery
Our door is always open to visitors to Baltimore and we look forward to meeting you! Read how we started and take a look at our gallery below.
Our gallery has on display an outstanding collection of lacquer boxes, paintings by contemporary Russian artists, icons, nesting dolls and much more! You'll be amazed at the workmanship, creativity and beauty of some of the arts and crafts that we have. New items from Russia will be arriving every month so come by often to see the latest and most unique works. We are located at 803 Light Street in the historic Federal Hill district of Baltimore, just 1 1/2 blocks for the Maryland Science Center and the popular inner harbor area. We are open everyday 10-6. Our phone number is 410-689-5550.

Our gallery will always have an outstanding collection of some of the finest boxes in the country. And, of course, many of these works are also shown and available though these web pages, too! |
We are very excited to continually bring in new works of art from contemporary Russian artists. Here are some lovely abstract flowers by E. Gavlin and "Alexander Pushkin", done by renowned Russian artist Natalya Bazhenova. |
Our "Russian Bazaar" area is jam packed with everything from traditional nesting dolls to chess sets. And the charming old fireplace will also hold a surprise or two. Near the back, you'll also find our unique "icon room" containing antique and contemporary religious images. |
Our courtyard, which we share with the bookstore next door, has not reached its potential yet, but it is still a great place to bring your lunch and sit for a spell! |
When you leave, say goodbye to Ivan and Boris. Better yet, take one of them home with you! |
